Items will be shipped via Canada Post, or an alternative if necessary, within a week of order placement. Processing may take longer if the item requires custom framing or specialty packaging (in case of large framed pieces). You will be provided with a tracking number once your item ships.
Items are packaged with great care, but should you receive a damaged parcel, please document the damage and contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue. With the exception of damage, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

This item is framed and ready to hang. Glass cleaning instructions are provided on the back of your frame. Avoid hanging in areas of high moisture or extreme temperature changes.
