The striking orange shafted feather of a Northern Flicker. They nest in our front yard every year but it’s not often I find any feathers so I was overjoyed to come cross this one. Drawn using professional quality coloured pencils on archival cotton paper, this is an original, one of a kind artwork created from a reference photo taken by the artist, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
